Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order yourself from the order page until it is shipped. Stock is released immediately and prepaid payments are refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 79774 12868 or info@appukart.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace it or refund you.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are sent by bank transfer or store credit.

If an online payment is deducted but the order fails, the amount is refunded automatically.
